Dixie's apartment

This floor plan is almost like hers, except it is flipped left to right and there is a large coat closet/laundry room where the powder room and closet are.  The terrace is a ground level patio.

There is parking underneath the entire complex.

Her unit is the patio to the left of her Toyota in the picture.  She is the first unit to the right of the entrance door, near the dining room, exercise room, and mailbox.

Apartment door from the inside.  Same table as was by the front door in the house.
The kitchen is to the left of the door as you enter. It is really quite large.
Notice new bar stools.

The appliances are new.

The ceilings in the ground floor units have 9 foot ceilings.
Lots of cupboards, just can't reach some of them

To the right of the door is the laundry room/coat closet.
 Looks lived in already!
The dining area is to the left in the main room.  Look familiar?
Betsey thought the china cabinet looked great against a light colored wall. The rugs have been cleaned and look great.  There are two large east facing windows and a patio door in this room.
To the right in the main room is the living area, complete with
new electric fireplace/heater/entertainment center.
I didn't get a picture of it, but the patio door is just to the left in this picture. The master bedroom door is in the back right corner. There are laminate floors throughout.
Entrance to the guest room complete with new red leather hide-a-bed,
\which I will attest to as being comfortable as well as gorgeous. It looks great next to the red oriental rug.

The guest bed shares the room with the computer armoire.
Always nice to the computer/paper clutter out of the main room.

In the guest room on the left are the doors for the
full guest bath and a large walk-in closet.
Notice Grumpy's chair and the barrister bookcase.

The walk-in closets are quite large, this is the guest room closet.

I neglected to upload pictures of the bathroom, but it is large and rather generic
Good sized linen closets in both bathrooms.

Entrance to the master bedroom.  We had some doubts about
finding places for all the furniture,
but the settee found a home in the bedroom and fits perfectly.
Big enough to hold a dresser

Got to have a place to sit and put on your shoes

The secretary desk found a home in the master bedroom.
